Please read these Terms of Service carefully before engaging with www.sharkdigital.co.nz /terms (the service) operated by Shark Digital NZ (“us”, “we”, or “our”)
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who wish to access or use the Service.
By making payment for the service, you have agreed to the following Terms and Conditions. We have a non-refundable cancellation fee after 7 days or once the confirmation call or Discovery call has taken place, whichever happens first.
The customer is responsible for providing us any branding guide, branding Guidelines at the beginning of the engagement to ensure we met your standards, additionally any photos or images, materials need to be provided post the confirmation call otherwise we have the right to use images from the internet and use our team to template designs for starting processes and actions to achieve the fulfillment of service(s). Additional rework due to the customer not providing their branding standards may result in an additional fee(s) and or completion of service offered.
The customer is responsible for proactively obtaining their customers/consumers reviews, feedback and or any information to allow for the fulfillment of a process or service.
We have the right to cancel your service with us, should you not provide the necessary information within an acceptable period or not be committed to ensure the service is successful.
Cancellation/ Termination of Services
Termination of service must be requested in writing to richard@sharkdigitial.co.nz any termination of service request must be submitted by the person/persons with whom the service was engaged. Shark Digital NZ reserves the right to terminate the customer’s account, service and records.
